This site was made in collaboration with AI systems, including Claude, made by Anthropic. This page says what that means, what it does not change, and who answers for the result.
The short version
A person decided what this site should say, directed the work, reviewed what came back, and published it. AI systems did a great deal of the typing. SproutVest, LLC publishes this site and is answerable for all of it: every fact, every line of code, and every consequence of getting one of them wrong. “The AI wrote it” is not an excuse, and it will not be offered.
The biography is not generated
This is the part that matters most on a site with a person’s name on it, so it comes first rather than last.
The biography, the speaking history and the appearances listed here are factual records about a real person, and they are checked by that person. Where a talk, a role, a date or an affiliation is named, it happened. Nothing on this site was produced by asking a model what a plausible career would look like, and no credential, client, award or engagement appears here because a model suggested it would sound good.
If you find something on this site that misstates the record, that is an error to correct rather than a matter of interpretation, and the address below reaches someone who will correct it.
Where AI is involved
The code. Most of the software behind this site was drafted with AI assistance. It is reviewed, tested and gated exactly as hand-written code would be.
The writing. Much of what you read here (the essays, the page copy, and this page) was drafted with AI assistance and edited by a person before publication. The thinking, the argument and the judgements about what is worth saying are his.
Translation. This site is published in English and Chinese. The translations are AI-assisted and checked for meaning by a person who is not a native speaker of both. That is a real limit, and it is the one place where your eyes are better than ours: if a page reads wrongly to you, say so.
What it does not change
Nothing about your rights turns on how the writing was produced. What the site collects and what happens to it is described in the Privacy Policy.
Accuracy
AI systems produce fluent, confident prose that is sometimes wrong, and the fluency is the difficult part: a mistake made this way does not look like a mistake. So what is published here is checked, and the checking is not claimed to be perfect.
When you point out an error, it gets looked at, fixed if it is one, and the correction is stated plainly. A page is not quietly edited and left reading as though it always said that.
Bias
Models are trained on what people have written, and they carry what people have written about nationalities, genders, ages, accents, and whose way of speaking counts as authoritative. A page drafted with one inherits that unless somebody is watching for it. A reported bias is treated as a defect with a fix, not as a difference of opinion. And no AI system is used here to score, rank, screen or judge a person.
Rights and provenance
AI systems are trained on work that other people made. There is a live legal and ethical argument about that which this page does not pretend to settle. What is committed to is narrower and checkable:
- No model is prompted to reproduce a particular person’s work or to imitate a named living creator’s style.
- Material substantially copied from someone else’s work is not knowingly published, and is removed when found.
- No real person’s likeness, voice or name is generated to suggest an involvement or endorsement that does not exist.
- Third-party fonts, images and code carry their own licences, and those licences are kept with them.

Your data and AI
AI is used to make this site. It is not pointed at you. There is no AI feature on this site: nothing you type, request or read here is sent to an AI provider, and nothing you send is used to train a model. If you book a call or send a message, what happens to it is described in the Privacy Policy.
No AI system makes a decision about you (whether to reply, whether to take a meeting) without a person making it.
What will not happen here
- AI-generated text will not be published as a first-hand account. No invented experiences, no people who do not exist, no borrowed history in a biography.
- AI output will not be presented as professional advice.
- This page will not be used as a defence. Disclosing that AI was involved changes nothing about responsibility for what it produced; it is a courtesy to you, not a limitation of liability.
This statement was itself drafted with AI assistance and read by a person before it was published, which is exactly the process it describes.
